Townhome is located in the beloved Parks Edge complex located just 10 minutes from downtown Park City with lots of open space. Townhome is an end unit with two levels, large patio, features a two car garage and has views of open space. Amenities Parks Edge has a year round hot tub, a well outfitted gym, and a pool that is open in the summer months. *Ski Access - This condo is less than a mile from Richardson's flat which is a main transit hub to ski areas. Alternatively, it is only 10 minutes to Deer Valley Jordanelle gondola (avoid all the in town traffic), and 15-20 minutes to Park City Mountain Resort or Snow Park at Deer Valley. The Actual Space: Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with quartz counter tops and high end appliances. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for cooking during your stay. Salt, pepper and Olive oil will be stocked as well as a start of coffee. **We leave additional spices and condiments, but they are not guaranteed. Living Room/Dining Room: Beautiful windows let in lots of natural light, fireplace and large screen TV (with streaming) and table that comfortably seats 6 (additional seating at counter). Balcony has some beautiful table for outside meals. Powder room on Kitchen/living/dining room level. Master Bedroom #1: King size bed, with luxury linens and premium mattress, smart TV, and en suite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub and beautiful walk in shower. Queen Bedroom : Queen size bed with luxury linens located on top level. Smart Tv. Bunk room: Bunk beds (full on bottom with twin on top) with twin trundle easily sleeps 3-4. Smart tv. Queen room and bunk room share bathroom with tub/shower combo. Washer and dryer in unit on bedroom level.
