Kitchen - Remodeled in 2022 with quartz counters, open custom shelves and easy seating for 8 in the dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked has anything and everything you will need to make meals for the whole crew. *A start of Local coffee and filters will be provided. *Salt, pepper, and olive provided. Other spices and condiments may be onsite but are not guaranteed. Living Room - Featuring a leather sectional couch (and additional seating), gas fireplace and 50 inch cable tv, this is the perfect spot to gather to have conversations over coffee or to watch the latest ski movie. *Small balcony is the perfect spot to watch the 4th of July parade. Master Bedroom - The perfect place to wind down with a king sized bed, lux linens, a 42 inch tv and electric fireplace. If Main Street is the heart of Park City, then Park Avenue is the soul. Old historic miner's "shacks" that have been lovingly restored, The City Park with the (maybe haunted) Miner's Hospital and the old high school that now houses our town library - complete with coffee shop, a sledding hill and dog park are all right out your front door. 10 minute walk to Main Street and slopes.

The whole condo is yours during your stay with exception to a small owner lockout. The hot tub is also shared and accessed through the garage

While we offer free parking, a car is absolutely unnecessary in this location. We highly recommend the Park City transit system (free, clean, amazing) as the most effective mode of transportation in Park City. Trust us, taking transit is way faster than driving and parking at your destination.
