The neighborhood: Located in the heart of Deer Valley, The Pinnacle is just one mile from Snow Park Lodge, and a five minute ride to Main Street. Whether you're hitting the slopes or spending the day shopping and dining amidst mountain town charm, you'll be close to the fun! The space: The condo has four levels - plenty of space to spread out and relax, or come together for games, movie nights, and meals. Newly remodeled, it is both stylish and comfortable. It's a place you'll want to come back to again and again! Level 1: *Lower living room: Up a short set of stairs from the entry is the first of two living rooms - warm and inviting with a comfy couch and streaming tv. Off of the living room is access to a deck with private hot tub. *Bedroom 1: King bed, twin size bunk bed w/trundle, ensuite bathroom with tub. Level 2: *Second living room: fireplace, steaming tv, access to balcony with comfortable chairs. Level 3- *Kitchen: Open concept with dining area. Dining table comfortably seats 8, with additional seating at the bar. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to make delicious meals during your stay. A start of coffee, olive oil, and salt and pepper will be provided. *Deck: Gas fire pit, grill, and comfortable seating. *Bedroom 2: King bed and ensuite bathroom. *Laundry room: Full size washer and dryer, with complimentary laundry detergent. *Powder room: Located right off the kitchen. Level 4: *Bedroom 3: King bed, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and tub. *Bedroom 4: King bed, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower.
