If Main Street is the heart of Park City, then Park Avenue is the soul. Old historic miner's "shacks" that have been lovingly restored, The City Park with the (maybe haunted) Miner's Hospital and the old high school that now houses our town library - complete with coffee shop, a sledding hill and dog park are all right out your front door. 7 minute walk to Main Street and slopes.

The whole condo is yours during your stay with exception to a small owner lockout. The hot tub is also shared and is open year round!

While we offer free parking, a car is absolutely unnecessary in this location. We highly recommend the Park City transit system (free, clean, amazing) as the most effective mode of transportation in Park City. Trust us, taking transit is way faster than driving and parking at your destination.
